Hello! I have a technical support question that I'm hoping you can help with and/or point me in the right direction with regards to which part I need to order. I was having a repeated Cyan printhead failure (after 2-3 feet of material) a while back and noticed air in the line, so I tried priming the tubes with no success. I've recently purchased a new ink system from you, and installed correctly using another new cyan printhead, and again, it's failed after a few feet. I've gone through 4-5 cyan printheads at this point, and just can't afford to...

We have received Error Code 010030 034c95a consistently now regardless of the outlet into which it's plugged. I've tried it in different circuits in two different rooms – even our surge-protected emergency outlet. On a couple of occasions the printer has also displayed 0b000a 030f053b and "Check Cleaner Path." These have appeared only a few times out of the thirty-or-so restarts. I'm wondering if you have any suggestions, otherwise it's looking more like I'll have to call a service company. Which is too bad because the ones in our area are not great. I'd appreciate any help you can offer....

Our 1055CM is leaking badly at the print head and over the head cleaners. Some times it'll make it through one poster before it pukes up a bunch of cyan or black on the poster & all over the head cleaners.  It is possible the print head valve (inside the print head) is not working and pressurized ink is present while it is printing.  This will cause a virtual ink leak.  If you replace the print head and the loose ink is still present, replace the ink tube system.  

I am having an issue with a HP DJ 1055CM printer. I am hoping to get parts to correct an error. The error is related to the print head path Type 2. After some research it looks as if this could be related to a belt or tubes or some other issue. I have a customer with a HP 1055cm Plus when you load paper it beeps and you push the handles down the platen spins & spins and it never grabs the paper if you load the paper manually it still thinks there is no paper loaded any ideas?
