Hello, I had just installed one of your belts for the the DJ 5000ps and when I tried printing the calibration sheet the printer started leaking the light cyan ink. I think the problem was with my Ink Tube System and have bought a replacement from you guys. We have received Error Code 010030 034c95a consistently now regardless of the outlet into which it's plugged. I've tried it in different circuits in two different rooms – even our surge-protected emergency outlet. On a couple of occasions the printer has also displayed 0b000a 030f053b and "Check Cleaner Path." These have appeared only a few times out of the thirty-or-so restarts. I'm wondering if you have any suggestions, otherwise it's looking more like I'll have to call a service company. Which is too bad because the ones in our area are not great. I'd appreciate any help you can offer....
Reseat Print Head over and over

I have had this printer for a long while but didn't use it for a while. I had to replace the ink assembly because it had air in the tubes. I replaced all the print head and am having issues with the cyan head. The first new head kept saying reseat so I had them ship me a new one. It worked fine then started spitting out blue ink all over the paper. I reset the printer and now it keep saying to reseat that print head over and over. If I put the old print head that has run...
