Designjet 500 print fading out

From our conversation from today. .. the printer printed 2-3 pages then just cut off 1/4 of the next page. .. do you think it's air in the line? HP. 500

If a color simply faded out, yes, it is air in the ink tube system. Replace the ink tube system.
