Designjet 500 Ink Supply Station does not fit

he space for Ink Supply Station on hp is too small for new ISS that you send me.

The original ISS on the 500 & 800 had a bracket that held the assembly.  The bracket is not used with the newer style ISS and needs to be removed.  There is a T10 screw, usually colored red or blue in the area shown by the arrow.  Remove the screw, move the plastic toward the end of the machine and remove it.  Then install the new ISS where the bracket was installed.
