Main board and Power Supply for the Designjet Z2100 and Z3100 plotters. Replacement part for 24"  and 44" plotters. This is a refurbished part warrantied for 1 year.

System error codes related to the main PCA and power supply:

  • Error 01.0:YZ
  • Error 01.1:YZ (also caused by print mech PCA)
  • Error 03:YZ
  • Error 08:11 (primary cause: faulty formatter OR pinched ribbon cable for control panel)

It works again!

I replaced the power supply and the printer is working again. I will hold on to the PCA in the event of its failure. Good service on the phone by Tim helping me determine problem and how to fix.

Worked perfectly!

The power supply and Main PCA arrived the day after I ordered it and installation was quick and easy. My HP Designjet Z3100 printer went through its initialization sequence and was back online, soon thereafter. Phone technical assistance from Bob and Tim was superb. I highly recommend this company and I will purchase from them in the future if I ever need more parts for my printer.
