C6074-60405 (non-Plus)

This part is the Main DC power supply providing various DC voltages for logic, fans, motors and everything else electrical in the plotter. This power supply is suitable for all HP Designjet 1050C, 1055CM models only (not Plus). The plus version has a longer cable assembly for the electronics module arrangement in those plotters.

Power Supply/HP1050C Plotter

The only issue was the power supply wiring cables. The cables were shorter than the original ones and this made it difficult to install.

Hi Roger,
Please note there are 2 varieties of power supply corresponding to the 2 varieties of the 1050c family: Plus and non-Plus. You ordered the power supply for the non-Plus version of the machine. This version has a shorter cable. I'm guessing you have the Plus version of the 1050c/1055cm, which requires the Plus version of the PSU (longer cable).

Exactly the right parts

The sales person (Delores, hope I spelled it correctly), worked to verify it was the correct part for our plotter. Part arrived exactly on the day she promised. Installed the replacement power supply following the directions from the link they provided, and it has been working perfectly ever since. Awesome service, perfect replacement part!
