DJ 800 tensionser & belt kit

I thought the tensioner was a new part. Worked great. The video for belt replacement was perfect. I ended up needing a formatter board too. I did a lot of cleaning on the printhead and soaking them in alcohol and near-boiling water over a couple of days; then I used a needle and syringe to pull air out of the lines. It prints beautifully now on what I could get to print from the PC.

Now if I could only get drivers for Windows 11, I'd be golden. I'm struggling with that.

Belt tensioner on Designjet 500

Original part failed with age and plastic fatigue the LPS part arrived promptly and was installed in 10 min with the old printer back in service
