Bought the refurbished part. Worked as well (or better) than the original.

LPS IS THE BEST! They have the parts, clear online guides to find them and the best video descriptions for troubleshooting and repairing!

I followed the video but there is always something wrong they don’t cover(or I screwed up). They are super helpful and responsive when you call them! Delores who answers the phone is AWESOME!

Arrived in as new condition. Functioned perfectly fine following the install process. Pretty much all the hiccups in the designjet after and during install have pertained to the existing parts.

I get people who try to use Chinese belts and use a different roller that breaks, and getting the tensioner from HP seems to be a mystery. I'm so glad LPS has them! And to anyone unaware, just pop the springs out to take it apart and get the belt onto the roller.
