Exceptional service

I had recently received a formatter board (including hard drive) from LPS. They shipped it promptly and it worked fine until HP's color management utility corrupted the firmware on the drive. I called LPS and Tim offered to send me a drive with new firmware for only the shipping cost. The replacement drive arrived in two days and I have been printing happily ever since. Thank you LPS.
