This is a 500GB, 7200RPM upgrade HDD for the Designjet Z3200 series graphics plotters. The HDD has current firmware loaded and is ready for mounting on the formatter board. 
 
The upgrade 7200 RPM disk provides increased image processing speed and doubles the storage & work space for images.  
 
The new Firmware has never been installed in a  Z3200 and the ID and Serial Number still open. (The disk and firmware take the identity and password of the first plotter in which it is installed and will not work on any other plotter.)

Hard Drive Replacement

I acquired an HP Designjet Z3200ps 44-in that had been sitting for about two years. The belt needed to be replaced. I found LPS Computers via an internet search. What a blessing to receive topnotch customer service from Bob and Tim between emails and phone calls.

The hard drive arrived quickly and fixed my problem.

Z3200 melt down

LPS was awesome. Tech department are pros. Knew everything about the plotter, parts and issues. Super helpful. Highly recommend. New HD worked registered and works perfect. Some of the best tech support I ever got and I’m in IT. Thanks LPS for getting me up and running in time to complete my print job. Use LPS, you get the right part, great service and top knot h tech support.
