I bought a project which was an HP 500 printer and didnt realize the project would turn into a JOB! I think this printer required everything but the rollers on the bottom of the stand. Through every step of diagnosing and repairing I had to lean on Tim and Bob the whole way. To say they were there for me is an understatement. Watching videos and reading the manual was a big help to.
If you need a dependable company to deal with for your printer needs this is the place. The quality parts and technical knowledge is more than enough for even a novice like me.

They work beautifully. Got us back up and running quickly.

Not really a complaint, but a couple of the ink cartridges leaked ink ont most of the stuff in the package. Thats some good ink, because its hard to get off of stuff.

Not only does LPS provide the parts for my older plotter, but they also had a library full of how-to videos for swapping the parts. Also, they have reinforced components for OEM parts that break most often due to poor design.
